is not currently awarding franchises outside of the U.S.
T he Honors Learning Center is currently offering its franchises to individuals in specific states throughout
the United States. The Honors Learning Center is currently not offering franchises in the
following states: CA, HI, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NY, ND, OR, RI, SD, VA, WA and WI. Until
such time as the Honors Learning Center offers its franchise opportunity in these states,
NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION will be forwarded to individuals in these states.
